Refund policy

 

Purchases may be returned or exchanged to Rustic Paws with:

Date of purchase less than 30 days from the date of return 

Proof of purchase (i.e. receipt)

Packaging and product are in their original condition.

If you received defective or damaged goods, return the product within 30 days of the purchase date and a replacement product will be arranged for exchange.

Rustic Paws guarantees all pet food and treats.

Our goal is to help you find a food or treat for your pet that is nutritionally appropriate, palatable, and sustainable.

If your pet won’t eat or food does not agree with them, you may exchange the food or treat under the below terms:

Date of purchase less than 30 days from the date of return

Proof of purchase (i.e. receipt)

¾ of the food is returned in the original package

You will receive a full store credit for the original purchase price
